This week’s meal plan is a day late because we had a family dinner out on yesterday.

I needed to get a little creative with my meal plan this week because I’ve used the last of my boneless, skinless chicken breast stockpile. I have a new 40 lb. box coming from Zaycon in two weeks, but until then I have to plan some of my meals around what is on sale this week at Publix.

Here’s This Week’s Meal Plan:

Monday – Dinner Out

Tuesday – Pizza and Salad

Wednesday -  Salmon and Asparagus

Thursday – Beanie Weanies

Friday – Tilapia with Capers and Tomatoes with Couscous

Saturday – Whole Baked Chicken and Broccoli

Sunday- Leftovers

Whole Baked Chicken is one of our family favorites. I like serving it with mashed potatoes.
