I don’t think I realized quite how much I used my stockpile of boneless, skinless chicken breast until I ran out. I can’t wait until Monday when Zaycon brings me a big, 40 lb. box of chicken! Oh what a happy day that will be, I think we will have chicken every day for a week!

Tuesday – Pizza and Salad
Wednesday - Taco Soup
Thursday – Parmesan Crusted Tilapia and Green Beans
Friday – Grilled Salmon with Yogurt Dill Sauce and
Saturday – Crockpot Cashew Chicken (New recipe) – I’ll let you know how it goes!

Butternut Squash & Kale Penne
Quinoa & Veggie stuffed Acorn Squash
Kale Lasagna
Tomato, Corn & Onion Galette
