80% Savings at Staples Back to School Sale!

I started my back to school shopping today with a trip to Staples. One of the perks of Staples is most of their best deals are free after rebate, not free after rewards. I would much rather get my money back in the form of a check, than rewards that I have to spend at the store. Plus all their rebates can be done online, and it only takes about one minute to submit the rebates!

I purchased everything pictured above for about $8 after coupons and rebates! Here’s what I purchased:

My out of pocket cost was $25.03.
I expect to receive $16.74-$13.65* in rebates, so my final price is as low as $8.29 after rebates and coupons! That’s an 80% savings.

*Staples will sometimes subtract  partial value of the rebate because I’ve used a $5 off coupon, but in my experience this is hit or miss. Regardless, it is worth using the coupon to pay less out of pocket.
